Information on ”Stuffed Animal Medical Consultation in Singapore”
Date and Time
【Consultation Fee】5,500 yen
Event Details
①We can provide information and consultation regarding stuffed animal treatment, and give you a treatment estimate.
②You can be admitted to the hospital on the same day.
③We will take the stuffed animal back to Japan and treat it.
This will take about two months.
④The stuffed animal will be delivered by international mail after you are discharged from the hospital.
※You can also come to Japan to pick it up.
Reservation method
②You will receive a reservation reply email from our staff within 2 business days.
③We will provide you with an approximate estimate for your stuffed animal in advance.
If the estimate looks good to you, please transfer the consultation fee of 5,500 yen in advance as a reservation fee.
Your reservation will be confirmed once we have confirmed your payment.
※Please note that if we are unable to confirm your payment by the due date, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
④Your stuffed animal's name will be displayed in the reservation slot, so please check it.
Please read the following before making a reservation
①Please understand that we cannot refund your reservation fee after your reservation is confirmed.

②If you can't proceed with the admission on the day of the event, you can mail or bring your admission ticket later.
It will remain valid for up to one month following the event. -
③If your reservation is confirmed, we will email you and estimate and details of the treatment after the consultation on September 7th.

・Please confirm by September 30th if you wish to be admitted to the hospital.

④If you are unable to attend the event, you have two options for admission:
1．Send the stuffed animal to Natsumi Clinic via international mail.
2．Personally deliver the stuffed animal to our clinic in Japan from Singapore.
⑤Reservations are limited to 1 hour per group.
・Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive too early, the clinic may be in the middle of examining the previous customer and may not be able to accommodate you.
・Please also understand that if you are late, your appointment time will be shortened.
